Looks great, except for his "thumbs-up".
If I were to offer a constructive critique, I would say he looks like he's holding an invisible bottle of beer rather that giving a "thumbs-up". I'd pull his thumb up a little straighter and clench his fist tighter, fingers closer in.

But that's just me. ;) Looks great otherwise though!
